UDB163 Land Use Planning
The purpose of this unit is to examine the planning and management of
public and private land. Unit topics include: different performance and
prescriptive zoning methods; an overview of levels of planning agencies
responsible for land use planning in Queensland; and the land
development process and regulations that govern land use planning.
